Revenue Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Full-time, office-based role requiring presence up to 4 days a week in Lehi, Utah.
• Partner with RevOps and cross-functional leadership to own end-to-end revenue processes from lead
• Improve GTM efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, standardizing workflows, and reducing revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue/Sales/Customer Success Operations or similar.
• Experience with quota/compensation planning, deal desk, lead routing, renewal operations, and
• Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and coding (SQL/Python).
• Proven ability to build dashboards, collaborate with Data teams, and drive data governance (metric
• Experience with AI-assisted tooling (Claude Code or similar) and internal automation.
• Strong written and organizational skills; thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
