- Oversee key operational and visual processes on the sales floor
- Lead visual merchandising and product presentation
- Manage budget, analytics and reporting
- Ensure store is customer-ready, clean and inviting
- Collaborate with General/Store Manager on directives
- Plan and implement visual changes and stock processes
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience
- Strong visual standards and product presentation
- Experience with budgeting, reporting and KPIs
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
- Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks
