📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify learning needs
• Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning experiences across e-learning, virtual
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM and adult learning principles to
• Analyze performance gaps and recommend learning strategies, content, and development approaches
• Create interactive e-learning content, job aids, assessments, and other performance support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions meet business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development
• Proven experience designing and developing e-learning content using Articulate 360, including
• Practical experience applying instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design practices, and modern learning
• Experience conducting learning needs analyses and translating business requirements into practical
• Strong stakeholder consultation, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
