📋 Description

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
• Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers within the region.
• Identify use cases with customer problems and work with Engineers to implement solutions.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing our models.
• Present results and future proposals to technical teams and executives.

🎯 Requirements

• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level
• People Leadership: Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for prototyping/demo building.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to summarize complex concepts.
• Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models and applications.
• Strategic and Commercial Awareness: Align technical strategy with business objectives.
