📋 Description

• Build and expand Decagon’s executive network across DACH, including enterprise customers, private
• Partner directly with Decagon’s founders on high-stakes, complex enterprise opportunities
• Cultivate relationships with C-level and VP-level executives in customer experience, operations
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships, including private equity firms, systems integrators
• Represent Decagon at executive briefings, private dinners, industry events, and partner meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic growth, partnerships, enterprise GTM, or founder-adjacent roles
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives, VC/PE investors, and
• Must be proficient in German
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Proven judgment in prioritizing deals, partners, and markets
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments without heavy process
