- Lead customer implementations from kickoff to rollout for iQueue products (Patient Throughput
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure accurate and optimal product/workflow design.
- Conduct discovery with clinical/operational stakeholders and translate needs to data/setup
- Define technical requirements; coordinate security audits and IT/data setup with customer teams.
