- Own autonomous outbound engine across segments and messaging
- Lead and grow the growth team, set operating standards
- Own budget and channel investments with data-driven tradeoffs
- Design AI-powered campaigns to scale personalization
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across emails, mail, and digital
- Run structured A/B tests and translate results to strategy
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years B2B demand gen or growth at high-growth tech co
- 2+ years leading and developing a team
- Proven budget ownership and channel tradeoffs
- Experience building AI-powered GTM workflows (Clay or similar)
- Comfort building new motions from ambiguity
- Strong segmentation, intent signals, and account prioritization
