🎯 Requirements
- Foundational design craft with a portfolio showing clear thinking.
- Hungry, self-propelled, able to learn and grow quickly.
- Strong communication; explain reasoning and iterate fast.
- Experience using AI tools to learn and produce faster.
- Based in Toronto/GTA; legally able to work in Canada; fluent in English.
- Willingness to dive into GRC/compliance concepts.
