- Strong knowledge of English
- Ability to teach English grammar, vocabulary, speaking, writing, reading, and listening
- Passion for education, language learning, and student development
- No previous tutoring experience required
- Ability to adapt lessons to different ages, levels, and learning goals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable internet connection for online teaching
