Technical Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding for new media and client partners from configuration through launch
• Provide hands-on API and integration support, including XML payload validation and postback URL
• Perform QA and launch readiness reviews to ensure accurate integrations before go-live
• First-line technical support for partners; resolve configuration, API, and data formatting issues
• Diagnose integration failures, identify patterns, and isolate root causes before escalation
• Translate technical findings into actionable guidance for partners with varying knowledge levels

🎯 Requirements

• Technical aptitude at the intersection of operations and engineering
• Background in engineering or technical problem-solving
• 1-3+ years with external technical partners or clients
• Comfort reading API docs and XML/JSON
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication
• Proven ownership and accountability
