🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in BI/data analytics or technology projects.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Solid understanding of BI, reporting, data analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate discussions across business/technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong documentation skills and structured approach to capturing processes and specs.
