🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong fundamental CS skills; knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• 5+ years in software development (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go).
• Experience designing scalable, high-availability web apps and backend services.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding workflows (Cursor, Claude Code).
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills; cross-functional collaboration.
