Compliance Leader

📋 Description

• Monitor and interpret relevant compliance regulations across the TIC sector where QIMA operates
• Flag changes that affect the business
• Support design, rollout, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Coordinate compliance monitoring, reviews and audits with regional and global teams
• Support anti-bribery and anti-corruption programs
• Act as a liaison between Compliance and other departments; track metrics and remediation plans

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years' experience in compliance, legal, risk, audit, or related function
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance or at least one major compliance domain
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin; able to communicate with global and local stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or above; expertise in law or audit preferred
• Detail-oriented, compliance-driven with integrity
• Proactively explore and adopt AI tools to improve compliance management
