📋 Description
- Own analytics foundation: dbt models, testing, Databricks BI
- Design production dbt models used as truth source
- Support external reporting with governed data
- Build dashboards and semantic metrics for self-service
- Collaborate with Data/Analytics teams to create durable data products
- Drive AI-native workflows with Cursor/Claude for development
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in analytics engineering or equivalent
- Expert SQL and deep dbt experience
- Strong Databricks BI or equivalent semantic layer
- AI-savvy; use AI coding tools daily
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and ship
- Clear communicator; owner mentality
