- Lead requirements elicitation with workshops, interviews, and sessions with customers
- Facilitate discussions to align business goals, constraints, and success criteria

🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years in business analysis and stakeholder facilitation in complex implementations
- Experience mapping current and future state process flows
- Hands-on experience configuring enterprise software from discovery
- Strong communication to influence both business and technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience documenting requirements using process models, use cases, or user stories
