- Proven professional experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or a closely related
- Direct experience managing customs broker relationships and high-volume shipment documentation.
- Practical experience with duty drawback, tariff recovery, customs claims, or similar reclaim
- Strong understanding of customs documentation, import/export declarations, tariff classification
- Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor with significant ownership and
- Highly detail-oriented and process-minded, with the ability to establish effective operating
