📋 Description

• Enterprise automation authority across global manufacturing sites
• Lead Factory of the Future automation strategy and capital projects
• Own end-to-end automation architecture, DCS/PLC/SCADA, and data platforms
• Oversee capital project scope, FAT/SAT/CQV, and regulatory readiness
• Develop and govern automation standards and digital integration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical/Chemical Engineering, CS, or related field
• 20+ years in automation with leadership across enterprise scale
• Pharma/manufacturing experience; biologics and small molecules preferred
• Expertise in DCS, PLC, batch automation, SCADA, OSI-PI; GxP and data integrity knowledge
• Experience with OT cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
