Senior Analyst – VMI

📋 Description

• Maintain inventory at third-party hubs through reconciliation, monitoring, and tracking.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by comparing operational records with financial data; resolve
• Create and manage sales orders and purchase orders per processes.
• Monitor ageing inventory and take follow-up actions to reduce ageing.
• Prepare and distribute weekly sales and inventory reports with clear data presentation.
• Reconcile sub-module records with the trial balance; investigate variances.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Admin or related (B.Com, M.Com, BBA
• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, inventory management, or related
• Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles; experience with financial transactions
• Experience in General Ledger, intercompany accounting, AR or AP is advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; comfortable with financial and inventory data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems and business tools.
