Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee full accounting cycle for multiple projects (construction).
• Manage job costing, WIP, revenue recognition, and progress billing.
• Provide financial guidance to leadership for decision making.
• Lead integration of apps with QuickBooks Online to improve workflows.
• Oversee AP/AR, expenses, subcontractor payments, and vendor interactions.
• Support compliance for federally funded projects and payroll docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years accounting experience with U.S.-based companies.
• Construction/job-costing accounting expertise.
• CPA strongly preferred; experience with external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Slack, Google tools, Zoom.
• English fluency; strong communication and remote work skills.
• Experience with AI in accounting is a plus.
