📋 Description

• Hands-on financial leadership focused on liquidity, controls, and day-to-day operations.
• Own cash management, payments, working capital, and financial risk in a fast-moving consumer
• Autonomy, strong judgment, accuracy, and proactive decision-making.
• Maintain visibility into cash positions and forecasts; manage suppliers/expenses efficiently.
• Strengthen banking relationships, account security, and internal controls as the business scales.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Financial Controller, Treasury, Senior Finance Operations, or similar leadership role.
• Experience in high-volume e-commerce or fast-paced consumer environments preferred.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience and day-to-day accounting proficiency.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills for forecasting, trends, and risk identification.
• Strong cash management, liquidity forecasting, working capital, and controls understanding.
• Interest in AI-assisted finance workflows and high attention to detail and integrity.
