• Regulatory program lead for Block's Canadian regulated entities (Square Canada & Afterpay
• Own end-to-end Canada Compliance Plan, including regulatory change management and audits.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Legal, Risk, Product, Operations, and Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in compliance, financial crime, or regulatory affairs with payments compliance experience.
• Deep knowledge of Canadian AML/ATF, RPAA, PCI Code of Conduct, FCAC, PIPEDA, CASL, and sanctions
• Executive presence with Board-level reporting and regulator engagement experience.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for regulatory analysis, drafting, and automation.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and regulatory program delivery in a fast-paced
