- Manage daily workflows related to transaction fraud, first-party fraud, and account takeovers
- Drive risk-based, customer-focused decisions and reduce losses
- Contribute to AI tool evolution to scale fraud ops safely
- Collaborate with Policy, Data Science, and Engineering to improve tooling
- Own fraud incident handling and root-cause analysis to close gaps
- Help streamline fraud operational workflows and investigations
