• Lead high-priority strategic projects and PMI workstreams
• Structure problems, align stakeholders, drive ground-level implementation
• Frame ambiguous challenges and translate into actionable roadmaps
• Partner with leadership on corporate strategy, regional expansion, and integration initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end transformations and cross-functional execution

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience; top-tier consulting background (e.g., MBB) with diverse functional exposure
• Strong problem framing and MECE thinking
• End-to-end program ownership; cross-functional delivery (Product, Tech, Ops, Sales)
• Stakeholder management across matrixed teams
• Willingness to travel across Grab's Southeast Asia markets
