📋 Description

• Lead technical sales engagements with Sales to map customer needs to Smartsheet solutions
• Demonstrate value through tailored, high-impact discussions and demos
• Partner with Sales, Product, CS, and PS to ensure great customer experience
• Stay current on Smartsheet products and industry best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic plans and initiatives
• Travel to customer sites and events as a technical SME

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in PreSales/Solutions role in SaaS/enterprise B2B
• Critical thinking, growth mindset
• Experience with CWM, DAM, MAM, ECM, WCM, CMS, PIM
• Strong technical skills and comfort in high-pressure situations
• Consultative problem-solving and solution positioning
• Excellent communication, adapt to various audiences
