📋 Description
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on full-stack product development, data
- Own people, processes, and technical direction for engineers working in C#, SQL, Vue 3, Power BI
- Partner with Product, Data, and Clinical Operations to translate requirements into technical plans.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering, with 2+ years in engineering management or team lead roles
- Experience hiring engineers and conducting full-cycle technical interviews
- Hands-on background with C#/.NET and SQL
- Experience leading data engineering pipelines (ETL/ELT, orchestration)
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI platforms in a team-management context
- Experience with Vue 3 or other modern JS frameworks
