Sr Information Security Analyst

📋 Description

• Represent security org in customer-facing incidents, cases, findings, and calls
• Own, triage, investigate and respond to security matters on ServiceNow platform
• Primary point of contact for security-related matters for internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinate incident triage with customers and internal teams
• Build trust through exceptional service and communication
• Manage security outreach and escalation communications

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in information or application security
• CSA certification required
• Azure AI, AWS AI, OSWA, GWAPT, GSEC, GCIH, CISSP, CISM preferred
• Cloud models knowledge and security tooling experience
• Java/JavaScript programming basics
• Web proxy tools and OWASP knowledge
