📋 Description

• Own the full events lifecycle — from idea to post-event debrief
• Manage Solidgate's presence at conferences, partner gatherings, and industry events in Ukraine and
• Scout venues, manage vendors, and ensure delivery
• Lead merch production end-to-end and design welcome kits
• Build budgets and track spending across events
• Coordinate multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of event management experience
• English Upper-Intermediate or above
• Experience organizing events abroad
• Ability to manage event budgets
• Ability to brief designers and translate design into actionable briefs
• Creative gift concepts that people genuinely want
