📋 Description

• Lead the technical delivery approach for large, multidisciplinary engagements spanning data
• Orchestrate technical leads across disciplines to establish a unified delivery plan and shared
• Own how complex work is structured, staffed, sequenced, and de-risked without detailing every
• Identify delivery risks early and intervene when engagements drift in quality or coherence.
• Drive practice maturation with documented standards, accelerators, and advisory frameworks.
• Improve talent engagement models with interview standards and skills visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years delivering enterprise data or AI solutions in consulting environments.
• Expert in at least one area (data engineering, data visualization, or data governance) with
• Experience turning assessments into adopted, sustainable standards (delivery standards, accelerator
• Proven ability to lead multi-discipline technical delivery on large engagements.
• Hands-on AI experience to improve delivery speed, quality, and outcomes.
