Revenue Operations Manager (Process)

📋 Description

• Build, ship, and iterate AI-powered workflows that take real work off reps' plates, using prompt
• Own and evolve core revenue workflows across the provider GTM teams, making rep motions scalable
• Lead major Rev Ops initiatives end to end, from problem definition and data analysis through
• Design from the front line by shadowing rep, then partner cross-functionally for business and
• Lead with data, using quantitative analysis to evaluate process performance, surface bottlenecks

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar roles
• AI fluent: build, ship, and iterate revenue workflows using AI tools, comfortable with prompt
• SQL fluency or ability to get there fast with AI; collaborate with Data as needed
• Strong track record leading large cross-functional projects involving engineering, systems, data
• Ability to build workflows from frontline insights and prioritize high-leverage problems with
• Excellent communicator who simplifies complexity, creates alignment, and moves teams toward action
