📋 Description

• Lead web strategy and development for Sysdig's corporate website: site architecture, technical
• Own GEO and AEO strategy for the site: align content surfacing with AI-generated answers and
• Own conversion rate optimization and user experience strategy using GA4 and behavioral data to
• Lead and mentor an internal web developer, overseeing technical execution and day-to-day delivery.
• Manage the site's technical foundation: architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web
• Report on web performance to marketing leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in web development or web strategy, with 2+ years managing technical projects or people.
• Strong hands-on background: site architecture, CMS platforms (Webflow a plus), HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Working understanding of GEO/AEO principles, structured data, and how AI-driven search surfaces
• Proven track record improving conversion rates and site performance using GA4 for analysis.
