📋 Description

• Learn to conduct account investigations to identify fraudulent insurance agents, customer accounts
• Assist in conducting investigations on customer accounts and support insurance partner requirements.
• Make basic account-level judgments based on data and predefined criteria.
• Contact Policy Owners as directed to gather information needed for investigations and fraud
• Support maintaining fraud detection strategies and business rules under supervision.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience or interest in fraud analysis, investigations, or operations.
• Basic understanding of risk or fraud prevention concepts preferred.
• Ability to use data and tools to support investigations with guidance.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills for outreach to Policy Owners and Agents.
