Job Description
📋 Description
- Investigate, analyze, and integrate data from multiple sources to create reliable, consolidated
- Maintain and enhance key enterprise data products used by Care Management, Value Based Operations
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated data pipelines using technologies such as Databricks
- Analyze complex datasets, identify patterns and issues, and conduct root cause analysis to resolve
- Serve as a subject matter expert for partner teams, helping stakeholders understand, interpret, and
- Develop scalable automation and data solutions that support the rapid expansion of healthcare
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Less than 5 years of data analysis/engineering exp.
- At least 1 year of experience with SQL or SAS.
- At least 1 year of experience with Python or PySpark.
- At least 1 year of experience using Databricks and building automated data pipelines.
- Strong ability to assess datasets and perform root cause analysis.
