🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend Java experience with proven leadership of technical teams.
• Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, AI agents, and agentic software development.
• Hands-on experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
• Experience with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Skills, MCPs.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud and cloud-based architectures.
• Good communication and stakeholder management; ability to align biz and tech.
