📋 Description

• Lead the enterprise AI transformation across functions and units.
• Prioritize AI use cases by business value, feasibility, readiness, and risk.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable implementation waves with clear outcomes.
• Maintain visibility into AI initiatives; accelerate, pause, or escalate as needed.
• Define enterprise AI governance with IT, Data, Security, Legal, Procurement, and leaders.
• Establish intake, prioritization, risk assessment, and escalation processes for AI use-cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–15+ years in digital/AI transformation, enterprise automation, product management, or related
• Experience delivering complex transformation across business and tech orgs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data architecture, workflow automation, AI
• Experience turning strategic objectives into roadmaps, operating models, governance, and measurable
• Ability to engage with CFO, CHRO, COO, CRO, Engineering, IT, and functional leaders.
• Understanding AI adoption, governance, risk, access controls, data permissions, and enterprise
