📋 Description

• Prepare and manage shipment docs and invoices
• Apply HTS classifications and country-of-origin determinations
• Manage day-to-day relationships with customs brokers and clearance
• Monitor duties and coordinate claims for broker errors
• Resolve import/export queries and ensure declarations are accurate
• Manage duty drawback program and track claims

🎯 Requirements

• Global trade compliance experience with US/UK/EU exposure
• Direct experience managing customs brokers and high-volume docs
• Practical duty drawback, tariff recovery, or reclaim experience
• Strong understanding of customs docs, declarations, tariff classification, origin, and duty
• Independent contributor with ownership and autonomy
• Based in Europe or UK and comfortable across time zones
