Associate Director, TOPS Finance – Technical Development & Quality

📋 Description

• Finance partner to Technical Development & Global Quality
• Lead OPP, forecasting and long-range planning
• Prepare executive financial materials and KPI reporting
• Collaborate with leaders to translate activity into forecasts
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses
• Oversee Opex, Capex, headcount and project spend

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in finance, FP&A or related roles
• Experience in biotech or complex multinationals preferred
• Partner with senior leaders on budgets, forecasts and strategy
• Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI development
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, SAC, Power BI
• Bachelor in Finance/Accounting/Economics; advanced degree preferred
