Project Manager (Capital Market/Wealth Management)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end technology transformation programmes in capital markets or wealth management.
• Establish and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, delivery schedules, and critical paths.
• Drive mobilisation, implementation planning, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Design and manage governance frameworks; lead Steering Committee and executive reporting.
• Oversee RAID processes; identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks and issues.
• Coordinate multi‑vendor and stakeholder activities to ensure alignment and successful execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven track record delivering complex technology transformation programmes.
• Experience in multi-vendor delivery environments in Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or related
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related discipline.
• Relevant programme management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
