📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance transformation and technology projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and roadmaps.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitor progress and manage delivery risks and issues.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
• Support mobilisation, implementation, and transition activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-12 years in project management within insurance transformation environments.
• Experience delivering business and technology transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Life, General, and/or Medical Insurance operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with technology implementation, digital transformation, or process improvement.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments; consulting or insurance transformation advantageous.
