• Own regional partnerships strategy and P&L
• Invest across affiliates, creators, ambassadors, events
• Drive growth: new players, FTDs, NGR
• Source, negotiate, close high-value partnerships
• Manage relationships with high-impact partners
• Scale regional partnerships, build team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven iGaming/online poker growth via partnerships
• Experience with content-focused partnerships
• Deep knowledge of regional market and players
• Fluent in region language(s) + English
• Owns P&L, budgets, commercial portfolio
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
