• Act as the main point of contact from Reference Data Operations to internal client services
• Lead and drive the operational design and delivery of client offering
• Monitor and improve Right First Time delivery to boost client satisfaction
• Manage a team of Data Operations Analysts
• Collaborate with country Operations leads on projects and client commitments

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum experience of 7+ years in operations team handling
• Proven leadership to manage teams and projects
• Strong communication to convey requirements to stakeholders
• Proven organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Project management skills to scope requirements and manage expectations
