🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with Flutter and Dart
• Mobile apps for Android and iOS
• State management: BLoC, Provider, or similar
• Firebase integration (Firestore, Auth, Push)
• Git and modern version control
• Mobile design principles and patterns
