Sales Support Associate

📋 Description

• Front-line support for Sales Ops; assist Account Executives with data-driven decisions
• Maintain data health and assist with sales tools and systems
• Hybrid work model based in Gurugram; shift 2:00 PM-10:00 PM
• Support Sales via case queues, triage cases, and coordinate with Salesforce admins
• Analyze data, identify trends, and create dashboards/reports to aid sales process
• Learn processes quickly and expand to less prescribed tasks while documenting SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales operations or related field preferred
• Good Salesforce knowledge; familiarity with objects like account, contact, lead, opportunity
• Hands-on with Data Loader or Demand Tools; knowledge of research tools (ZoomInfo, InsideView
• Experience with sales productivity tools (LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, Cognism) and ticketing systems
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; data handling at scale; analytics mindset
• 3 years of SQL experience; data warehousing knowledge
