📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical interface across the Technology Partner ecosystem (ISVs, strategic
• Drive enablement, joint solution development, and pre-sales excellence for partners.
• Guide ISVs on building on the Now Platform; align with GTM and cloud-native innovation with AWS
• Translate ServiceNow AI platform capabilities into differentiated partner solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting with
• Experience across ISVs, strategic tech partnerships, and cloud providers.
• Strong SaaS architecture knowledge: multi-tenancy, API design, extensibility, integration patterns.
• Experience designing/validating enterprise integration architectures (API-based, event-driven, data
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP and cloud-native SaaS operations.
• Experience guiding partners through design, certification, and marketplace programs.
