Site Merchandising Manager

📋 Description

• Research and identify customer difficulties on the GoDaddy site.
• Lead tests from concept through publishing and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve hosting/security paths.
• Develop insights to influence site strategy and experience decisions.
• Monitor test performance and convert data into actionable recommendations.
• Communicate outcomes to stakeholders to drive alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in A/B testing and website optimization.
• Proven ability to size and prioritize high-impact hypotheses.
• Direct experience with analytics and optimization tools (QuickSight, GA, AB testing tools).
• Experience with CMS platforms and running independent tests.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration in Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field preferred.
