📋 Description

• Join Hostinger's Emerging Channels Growth team to identify, set up, and test new growth channels.
• Lead experiments with dedicated budgets and analyze performance for scalable growth.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, SEO, Brand, and regional teams on GTM strategy.
• Research and scale opportunities across content marketing, SEO, GEO marketing, and community-driven
• Introduce new frameworks and playbooks to uplift the marketing org.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Performance or Growth Marketing with data-driven ROI focus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strategic ownership of channel roadmaps and experimentation budgets.
• Experience with Reddit, X.com, Discord, LinkedIn groups, Start-up/Web3, or emerging platforms.
• Strong SEO fundamentals; tools like Ahrefs, SimilarWeb or similar.
• Analytical mindset to identify high-potential channels and decide what to test or scale.
