🎯 Requirements

• Strong frontend engineering with React and TypeScript.
• Full-stack fluency; comfortable with APIs, data flows, and backend systems (C#, .NET).
• Technical leadership: design reviews, mentoring, RFCs, and guiding frontend patterns.
• Architecture and systems thinking; pragmatic decision making and delivery mindset.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted engineering and using AI/LLMs thoughtfully.
