📋 Description

• Plan and execute PR initiatives to boost brand and product reputation.
• Develop creative PR campaigns from concept to measurement.
• Manage online reputation via paid placements, SERM, and branded search.
• Write and oversee press materials, SEO content, thought leadership, exec comms.
• Oversee creation/publication/management of user reviews.
• Coordinate external vendors, PR agencies, freelancers and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in PR or external/corporate communications or reputation management.
• Excellent writing/editing across audiences/channels.
• Strong understanding of SERM and online reputation management.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and creating content for organic search.
• Experience developing PR campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Basic understanding of crisis/ issues communications; practical experience a plus.
