📋 Description

• Prepare and manage U.S. immigration petitions and applications
• Compile supporting docs and organize case materials
• Respond to RFEs and government requests with gathered docs
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish
• Draft legal forms, support letters, and related docs
• Track deadlines and milestones across multiple matters

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as an Immigration Paralegal
• 2+ years handling U.S. employment-based immigration
• Experience with H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, EB-1, EB-5 filings
• Knowledge of employment-based immigration processes
• Experience responding to Evidence requests
• Fluency in English and Spanish
