AI Change Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, transformation narrative and adoption plan
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and key business stakeholders
• Develop communications plans, messaging, FAQs and adoption content
• Coordinate AI governance forums, decision logs and action tracking
• Support rollout of AI learning pathways to build employee confidence and adoption
• Lead planning and delivery of a major AI-focused corporate event

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Change Lead, Change Manager, Transformation Lead or similar
• Strong experience in organisational change, digital/AI adoption programmes
• Ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leadership
• Strong governance experience including risk, issue, dependency and decision management
• Experience designing learning, training and employee adoption programmes
