Data Services & Insight Analyst - (12 months contract)

📋 Description

• Customer service focus with high work standards
• Fulfilment of MS Marketing and data lists within SLA
• Scope customer requirements with RMS and MS sales
• Act as pivot between sales and IT for automated solutions
• Prioritize daily work to meet customers' expectations
• Create, maintain analytics and reports using SQL, SAS, R and/or Python

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in related field
• Tertiary qualification in Business/Math/Science/Engineering/IT
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly proficient in SQL
• Basic skills in SAS, Python and/or R
